Letter of motivation – We don’t just want to know what you’ve done, we want to know what drives you. In your motivation letter, tell us what role strategic leadership plays in your vision and why you want to join a network of systematic, reflective influencers.

References and recommendations – Silent leaders have made a name for themselves without much fanfare, but their impact speaks volumes. We ask for references from people who have witnessed your influence first hand. Show us the people you’ve inspired, the teams you’ve built and the vision you’ve shaped.

The “Get to Know You” Chat– We don't do traditional interviews, they're too rigid. Instead, we invite you to a whisper chat where we talk about your journey as a leader, your values and your plans for the future. This is where we get to see the real you — authentic, intentional and driven by purpose.
